History: Born to a Barber, his father struggled to pay the bills. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bowyer. He struck the Bowyer job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. Kûga enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. A true patriot, Ella would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ella was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered west to less war torn lands.
