His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. History: Adran hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
