Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Paggen embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born to a Ruler, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's also a talented Ruler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
