History: She was born in the west. Her mother worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled mother and took her mother's old job. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bellfounder and was forced into it by her family; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
