When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Doctor and was forced into it by her family; and wants to work out more often

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Some 9 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Vapula never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

He wears a small hat to cover his moderate length black hair. His silver eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Cressel took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up longbow and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
