Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. The war was a terrible time for her, and Vaina does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Mason responsibilities is difficult.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has worked as a Carter like her mother before her.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Carter responsibilities is difficult.
