Description: This man is very fat, and wears a brown armored body suit, with a simple pastel line shooting up and back down. His hair is short and silver. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. The war was a terrible time for him, and Hugh does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Hugh was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Description: He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 4'0" when asserting himself. His chestnut hair is still thick. His amber eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He plays an instrument quite well.
History: Harbek hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Harbek abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it.

Description: He wears a yellow wide-brimmed hat and yellow clothes. His red hair is heavily combed to the left. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.
Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Fortune-teller arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Peren took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor he uses now. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and tiefling compassion

He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'4" when asserting himself. With bright blonde hair and a scraggly beard. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Born in the north to a Carter, Pûg learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He became a Carter soon after.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: She stands about 4'7" and wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. Her right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. She has a long chestnut ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Helen hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her music career. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered music. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
