History: Siffress lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Siffress took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up halberd and armor she uses now. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She has achieved small success as a Soapmaker.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Valorean grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
