History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Barber arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When Thava reached her early adolescence her Dragonborn father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born in the west to a Priest, Portia learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Portia's homeland. Portia decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.
