Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Carlin isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: She was born in the north. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bethrynna fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she has a crush on the local cartwright

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
