Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. A true patriot, Kellen would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born in a small plains village. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kellen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Everard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Description: This woman stands a little under 4'8" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears many layers of old clothing at all times. She has no hair. She has a dull look in her black eyes.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
