History: Born in the south to a Mercenary, Merla learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. When Merla reached her early adolescence her Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She tends to her Mercenary job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. At a young age her mother died while driving off some brigands. Her father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in sai use. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and many brigands want her driven away

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears a simple red robe with black stripes complete with hood. Her red hair is heavily combed to the left. Her violet eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: She got into the Apothecary business at a young age. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Apothecary.

Motivation: She's in love; and to reunite with her old friends

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She prefers to wear flannel. Her long auburn hair reaches down to her waist. She has a dull look in her green eyes.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and regain custody of her son
