History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. She found a children's book about a Gnome Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Weaver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Orc artifacts is his passion; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
