History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ulla grew up listening to her father's many stories. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Aldous embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tiefling artifacts is his passion; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Gillyd lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Knight hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Aramil was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Azdûsh grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Azdûsh. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
