History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Unemployed born in the past three hundred years. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has worked as a Unemployed like her mother before her.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she is unsatisfied with her job
