Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Aelar was born with his father's beautiful face. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Aelar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Aelar. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Mara was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Layabout. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Layabout for the past few years.

Motivation: To be a Farmer again; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. A gifted student she started as a Soapmaker, but she got bored and became a Beggar. She tends to her Beggar job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Beggar responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business

Description: He stands about 5'5" and wears a tattered pair of loose green pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His hair, while still mostly dark red, has prominent grey streaks. He has a dull look in his red eyes.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he wants to get laid

History: Varis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Varis abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion; and he is unsatisfied with his job
