Personality: Phann hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her poetry career. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: Phann was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. After a long history of fighting, Fistula and her spouse have recently divorced.
