Description: She has a missing left leg. She wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat. Her white hair is long and unkept. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Irann was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Irann's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: To prove her worth to the world.

Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She is generally shirtless and showing off her tattooed chest. Her chestnut hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. Her eyes are black and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Through the years after Mastema was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Mastema's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: She is dressed in a clean tan cloak covering her clean studded leather, and she perpetually has her trident ready. She has wavy auburn hair. Her gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Panana alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She wants revenge against orcs; and she feels threatened by others

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his ceremonial dagger, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a card on it. He has wavy yellow fur. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Cask will drive conversation. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.
History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Description: She usually wears her yellow robe and has her shortspear always slung over her shoulder, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'2" when asserting herself. Her long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Meriele was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Meriele decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Many brigands want her driven away; and she would like to get married and retire
