Heartbroken, Merla never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Anverth will drive conversation. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. After a long history of fighting, Anverth and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Stylist. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and balancing his hectic life and new stylist responsibilities is difficult

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He struck the Apothecary job and began his own company from there.

History: Whurdred hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge
