Description: This southern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears tattered old clothes. She has no hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She hates brigands. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and someone believes her a fraud

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A gifted student he started as a Architect, but he got bored and became a Junk Dealer. He has worked as a Junk Dealer like his father before him.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and revenge

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears green painted combat armor at almost all times. He has done his best to style his silver hair to look like a famous performer. His silver eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. After a long history of fighting, Cressel and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: This dark-skinned female wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. She usually doesn't wear a shirt. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. Her golden hair is matted, messy, and big. Her ears are large.

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Susannah fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Expand her business; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Description: He is an average looking western male in his early mid-life. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Frug took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up dagger and armor he uses now. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
