Description: He is lean but muscular and is dressed in earthy colors with a violet and black handkerchief worn on his right side. He wears his red hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: Immeral lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and he would like to get married and retire

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and black handkerchief worn on his left side. He keeps his golden hair in a flapper bob. His eyes are likewise violet.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Elven culture. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: Fargrim hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, marred by sweets. His long chestnut hair reaches down to his waist. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Kilvar was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Kilvar decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she has a large pastel mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her black robe. Her red fur is unkempt and raggedy. Her fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Flame's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Fletcher but believes her peers are too gung-ho.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

Description: She is a small woman, but exceptionally fit. She wears a yellow shirt with thin green vertical stripes and white pants. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Her hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Born to a Mason, her father struggled to pay the bills. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and wants to work out more often
