History: Born to a Animal Trainer, her father struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Tagga was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Tagga's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
