Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Jo embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. A true patriot, Jo would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Apothecary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to reunite with her absent father

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she is generally shirtless and showing off her tattooed chest. Her auburn hair is wavy and long. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Abalaba lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student she started as a Seamstress, but she got bored and became a Spy. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and expand her business

Description: She is wearing a tight brown one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Her blonde hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she has a crush on the local glassblower

Description: This slender woman stands about 5'4". She wears a robe, a symbol of luck around her neck, and a spear on her belt. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her eyes are amber.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Anastrianna was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she desires power and/or immortality

Description: This dark-skinned male likes to wear ponchos typically of a light blue in addition to tight pants. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He wears a colorful flower in his white hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Alvyn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When Alvyn reached his early adolescence his Gnome mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.
