Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Nutae embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. The war was a terrible time for him, and Nutae does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Nutae was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born in the south to a Locksmith, Tomi learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new locksmith responsibilities is difficult

History: Ranala was born the youngest of three triplets. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
