Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears baggy brown pantaloons and a blue scarf. He keeps his auburn hair in a flapper bob. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Rurik was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: This man wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a grey coat. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His head has been shaved. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to prove his worth to the world

Description: A 6'1" eastern woman, she wears long strands of emerald and short black dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. Her small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her fierce red eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. Hethress enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and wants a kiss

Description: He is in excellent shape and is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His chestnut hair is heavily combed to the left. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Barrister mother left him crippled. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He likes to wear red tank tops with tan pants. His hair is cut close to his head. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Burto was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
