When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. River took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up sickle and armor she uses now. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Gardener.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Anselm was born the youngest of three triplets. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. After a long history of fighting, Anselm and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Kali was born on a far eastern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Cartwright. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He tends to his Map Maker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
