History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her parents were killed by illithids in a raid when she was still a young child. The illithids captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it; and someone believes her a fraud

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: She prefers to wear white pants and tee shirts. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 41. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. While she appears to be a normal Half-Orc, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Gardener. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Gardener business.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Miner. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Miner responsibilities is difficult; and expand her business
