History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Carter like his father before him.

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has worked as a Mayor like her father before her.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mayor and was forced into it by her family; and balancing her hectic life and new mayor responsibilities is difficult
