History: Therlin lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: Gaaki is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Gaaki alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Gaaki was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it; and she wants revenge against gnolls

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born to a Doctor, his father struggled to pay the bills. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has taken up work as a Gardener and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Nija was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and wants to raise his children well
