History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Alvyn grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Alvyn. Being a Beggar kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tabaxi conditions. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her music with anyone who is interested.

History: Dalaba lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has never given up on her music dream.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Spy. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
