History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
