She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Crown-heir work with an outfit from a few towns over. History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory.
