Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: Artin was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His gold eyes peer out from beneath his feathered black hat.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He keeps his gray fur in a pixie cut. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and revenge

Personality: She hates Half-Orcs with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and gnomish compassion
