Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Half-Orc, and stands approximately 5'7". She wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, and her gloved hand is found clutching a longsword. Her blonde hair is cut short. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Grai is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. She sports silver long hair. Her eyes are likewise hazel.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Dell isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 14 years.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs; and balancing her hectic life and new merchant responsibilities is difficult

Description: She tends to wear a large white jacket. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her ceremonial dagger, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. She keeps her silver hair in a flapper bob. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. At a young age her mother died while driving off some drow. Her father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in ceremonial dagger use. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jo fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: A 4'9" southern woman, she wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame. She has done her best to style her black hair to look like a famous performer. This gray eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Brakka is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: Brakka was born with her mother's beautiful face. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She wants revenge against illithids; and she feels kind of lost in life

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Farmer responsibilities is difficult; and expand her business
