History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Cask grew up listening to his father's many stories. His first spouse was a Sage, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He is a great chef.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born to a Bowyer, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her childhood dream was to be a Bowyer, but she was a colossal failure. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: The child of a Carter, who enjoyed hunting, Sarai was taken on many hunting expeditions. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Layabout.
