Description: This woman stands a little under 5'1" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a blue vest and prefers black and green shirts. Personality: This woman loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Birel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
