Description: An older woman who is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times, she is not a threatening figure. Her chestnut hair is lengthy. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are hazel.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Hlin will drive conversation. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Hlin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hlin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bookbinder. He became a Bookbinder soon after.

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 3'4" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). She keeps her brown hair in a pixie cut. Her eyes are likewise gray. Her teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: She is mildly Gnome supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. After coming to the age of reason, Loopmottin took it upon herself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. History: He was born in the south. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Goroth was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he has money and likes to spend it
