Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Half-Elven culture. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing writing.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Manfred was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered gnolls who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is an amazing painter.

History: Yurgunn lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Yurgunn was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Yurgunn's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His childhood dream was to be a Scribe, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Cloak was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and doesn't want to be a mason and was forced into it by his family
