Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Marshal father left him crippled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His hair is auburn and very short. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and money/treasure

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. She wears her beige fur up. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: Shifting speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: She was born in the south. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tabaxis in Shifting's homeland. Shifting decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shifting fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

History: Merla was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.
