Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Igden embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her auburn hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She disdains her fellow easterners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his quarterstaff with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length chestnut hair. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and doesn't want to be a doctor and was forced into it by his family

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She worked as a nervous Barrister and found it very stressful. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He became a Scribe soon after.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new scribe responsibilities is difficult
