Description: He is wearing a long, black, dusty cloak. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his monstrous two handed axe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a card on it. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Dyer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. His hair is long and red with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small violet clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she sports white clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. Her silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. This gray eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Laborer.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. Sporting a black mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her brown eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north.
