Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Nelkin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has taken up work as a Navigator and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing writing.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. After a long history of fighting, Robbie and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: She was born in a small forest village. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
