Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a red coat over a black low-cut shirt, and a small hat upon his head. His blonde hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Burto embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: He wears black painted combat armor at almost all times. He is portly but not overly obese. His crest is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are gold and beady.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Nykkan is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Navigator. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Navigator arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: This man prefers to wear grey clothing when he does not wear armor. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He keeps his golden hair in a flapper bob. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Oloric lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Recently the stress of being a Guard has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
