History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Matilda was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She's also a talented Courier, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Felosial hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She struck the Sailor job and began her own company from there.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. At some point she was captured by giants and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out
