Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: He got into the Bounty Hunter business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bounty Hunter. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance.
