Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Description: She is a pot bellied eastern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. She has a very tight haircut. Her amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: The child of a Seamstress, who enjoyed hunting, Shanairla was taken on many hunting expeditions. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Shanairla alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His hair is short and blonde. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Cockaby embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. Cockaby enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Cockaby and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat. His black hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a rose scrunchie. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and wants to open a new tavern

Ideals: Philantrophist. Flaws: Impulsive, PTSD. Bonds: Immigrant. Occupation: Bather

Voice: Smooth and feminine

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears bulky tan painted plate armor. His red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born in the south. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.
