History: Grom was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman wears suspenders and tan workpants. Her shirt is grey, and she wears a heavy tan leather apron most of the time. Her white hair is singed and shortened. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Caramip has worked very hard to control her curse. She now mingles about in high society.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: She is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze, and she perpetually has her sickle ready. She is bald on top and has large auburn tufts of hair around her ears. Her eyes are hazel and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Fisher arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Volen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
