Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His first spouse was a Banker, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. After a long history of fighting, Rhogar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Hunter and was forced into it by his family.

He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Detective they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Armorer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. Now she works as a dancing tutor during her time off.
