She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Tod has worked very hard to control his curse. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fisher they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Beggar, and he later adopted a second daughter.
