History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Heskan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Two Llamas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.
